Because parenting isn’t meant to be done alone

When your child is struggling, it can leave the whole family feeling overwhelmed. But I want you to know that you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

My approach to child counselling combines play therapy and parent support to help children work through big feelings in ways that feel natural to them, while parents get steady reassurance and practical guidance. Early on, families often feel less stress and more connection. With continued support, that foundation leads to stronger relationships, resilient kids, and a more hopeful path forward.

MEET KRISTI

Because every family deserves to feel supported

I’m Kristi, a Certified Play Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist based in Talbotville, Ontario. For over a decade, I’ve helped children process hard things through play, while partnering with parents so you feel included and supported. Families tell me it’s a relief to have someone who supports their child and equips them, too. My goal is simple: a safe, compassionate space where children grow and parents breathe a little easier.
